There is Woodside Vista I & Woodside Vista II and they are both owned operated by the same people. They purchased the buildings and NEVER introduced themselves, never contacted people about their rental contracts, and there is NO on-site "manager". There are office hours posted, but there is no manager and therefore there is NO office hours.
It is a VERY noisy place to live, there is a reputation of drugs, and there ARE racial problems between renters that makes for a BAD envirionment. My heat in the bathroom has NEVER worked, part of the stove works part of the time, and sometimes the hot water is hot, and sometimes it is lukewarm. The place is OLD and run down, but the latest owner thinks it's a goldmine - and for him it probably IS!
