These apartments are old and run down! Nothing in them work at all! There is mold EVERWHERE! I have been sick ever since i moved into these apartments. The manager is nice but he cant help that the place sucks! Children run in the hallways all the time and wake me up at all hours of the night and morning. Its horrible! I do not feel safe in my apartment at all, there are thugs hanging out around my house all the time. Please STAY AWAYYY from these apartments! NOT WORTH IT!

Be careful when you move. You will be blamed for the mold just as I was. The only time we ever got anything done was when we found out who actually OWNED these apartments and called him directly. It was a guy in California about a year ago anyway. But in all likelihood its been sold again. Check city tax records and you can find out who owns these apartments now and call them. Other wise you can call the county health department and ask them to come do a building inspection. Further if they do not take care of it get out of your lease as living with mold is a health concern and creates inhabitable living conditions.
