Hey all,
I have been here a little over a year now and it's not a bad place to be, can take my opinion for what it's worth to ya...

So here is my review:

Neighbors: neighbors are rather friendly (the real problem family's have been removed over the last 6-8 months and it's been much,much nicer). Have not had any issue making friends and most people are very happy to say hello and stop to chat for a little when you see them.

Parking: Not too bad...assigned spaces and fairly ok guest parking. Could be a little better, but is better than a lot of other places I have been...

Trash: Bins are easily accessed and recycle containers are easy to find

Apartments: Get a lot of room...stay rather cool all summer so don't have to run the A/C often, but nice that they have them(I'm an upper that has it, not sure if all do, but I can only go by what I have). Good lighting in the parking lots and it's rather safe. I have no seen any real issues or problems here, so if you're a lady...you could feel safe at night living here.

Management: Steve is really great. Has a very good relationship with all the residents and knows you by name. Happy to chat if you want to talk about something or offer idea on how to make something better. Quick to respond if you are having an issue. Wears many different "hats" per say around the place but does a really good job of managing it all. Generally a really nice guy that cares about the people here.

Overall: Not too bad. They have really put work into it since I have been here and it keep getting better. I'm staying through end of the year on a renewal. I have my own issues with some things that I brought up and they are being worked on (not all at once and that's to be expected).

Recommendation: If you are looking for a 2 bedroom that is not the highest end (As these are older) but still want a spacious place that is fairly safe and a really good property manager...then come on over...
