i am about to move into the yards, have found the staff excellent, maybe because we are not paying them yet, but maybe it is a new staff member'

however, we are moving into a more humble 1 bedroom "town home" and not the dorm-style pee-smelling hallway part, because we have a dog. i think we're even closer to the trains, and i wanted to be, but i may change my tune! i don't drive and love train stations..so far.
