The tenants here are great, and the close in location is a plus. Thats it for anything good to say about the yards. All but one person on the staff is utterly useless. The noise from the train station is unbearable, which is understandable, but should be made clear prior to moving in. The apartments are constructed poorly. Maintenance never came when requested. The apartments are priced incredibly high for what you get. The appliances are second rate. If it wasn't for all of the friends living around me getting ripped off too, I would have been out half way through the lease.
