1) The office is horribly disorganized, we were given a run around twice for parking, guest parking is seven dollars a day and not secure, not that the parking we paid 100 and some odd dollars each month for is either, the door is constantly broken so anyone can get in and out.
2)The whole place is now rented to a local college, that can't control its students. My neighbors have people knocking at the door in the middle of the night, which would be fine if they answered, but they don't, so the guys knock on my door, as if I should know where my neighbors are.
3)Package notification is non-existant, half the time they are threatening to send my package back the first time I've heard that its arrived. today they stuck a note on my door dated three days ago telling me if I don't pick up my package by today they'll have to send it back.
4)Sound proofing in the apartments is non existant, I can hear the pipes from my neighbor three levels up when they flush.
