lived at the yards for 3months, couldn't take it any longer & moved. i was paying way too much for an apartment the size of a college dorm-which, the yards basically was a dorm to numerous college students. all night long all you can hear are drunken college students dropping beer bottles off their balconies & yelling between occupants. elevators are slower than a slug & you might or might not find pee, gum, or whatever in the elevators. if you drive WATCH OUT for trains, they block the road for min. 30mins max. an hour-you're a prisoner on naito parkway. remember this is section 8 housing & you'll find section 8 people.

It is low income housing, not Section 8 housing. There is a difference. You might try doing your homework. Additionally, if you would open your eyes a little bit, you would see that not everyone who lives in poverty is dumpy. I am a "low income" person, and I am a completely respectable, responsible, clean, sober person. You should live life a little before you judge it.
