Hey, I loved living at the Yards. I would walk everywhere, take the train to Seattle, enjoy the view from my apartment (okay maybe not the view so much since I just looked at another building), and the eccentric people who lived there. People who don't like the Yards don't like Portland. Portland is full of crazies so it stands to reason a few will live at the Yards but believe me, they live everywhere else too! Ooh, I remember the live band and barbeque for the residents that one year. Awesome. I also liked the internet access since I didn't have a computer. The staff was super nice and funny. Most lived on site so they knew what was going on. I loved my time there and you will too! Rock on Yards at Union Station!

The party was nice, the internet access is only if you briefly want to check your email. The Yards is good if you are looking for something on a very temporary basis.
