I have lived here for 7 months now.

I am close to everything EVERYTHING. Some of you must have never been downtown before, or be from the farm country! Come have you not ever had of traffic before, I mean your downtown for heavens sake!!!

You must be used to hearing cows mooing.

I am not saying Downtown is crime free but what is'

My apartment is beautiful, I have never seen passed out drug users or piss in the elevators. The people that live near me are great.

The office staff have been good as well, rude' to who' Maybe you were evicted for not paying your rent : )
I love being Downtown and I love my home.

Your response, Beth, is that if a tenant has experienced the very oft mentioned rude behavior of the mgmt., it must somehow be their own fault, right? Because you are treated well, and because your apartment is probably in a quiet building, and you probably have more money than the "restricted income" apartments, and your writing is correct and you are obviously well educated. You are the tenant that the staff caters to, because you're obviously white, you're obviously not financially struggling and you probably have a nice big apartment, not a crappy little studio. Too bad for me: I phoned the "yards" from another state and asked about "income restricted", which doesn't exist in most other U.S. States. I was given completely wrong information on the phone from Harmony. When I asked further questions, since the information seemed from the onset completely unbelievable, she became more and more nasty. That was the beginning. When I spoke with someone else (on the phone, trying to arrange a place from across the country) I was finally given correct information. I told them I didn't have to take being either lied to or given such wrong information in such a rude way, and what happened, Beth? The manager, Damon and Harmony were so expressely and blatently rude, not just rude, but abusive to me for months after I arrived. NOT apologizing for having given me wrong information, but abusive because I stood up for my rights to be given correct information and to be dealt with in a respectful way. That, Beth, is the other reality. Being ignorant is actually your fault, Beth.
