As I said before, I have lived here 3 years and never had any issues with Management. The noise level is by far the quietest of the 3 apartments I have lived in in Downtown Portland. Yes, it is a large complex Downtown in a major city, so if city noise, neighbors, traffic, and occasional homeless people bother you it might not be the right choice, but for me, for the last 3 years its been just fine.
Parking is an issue, but that is always something to deal with in any downtown area. If you ride the bus as I do, it works great, as its right on all the main bus and MAX lines.
also FYI for the crazy racist guy, I'm not an employee.

mayb ur are so lowincomer who cant afford to live in good apartment.

and i dont think u can review twice to keep highr recomandation ratio.
