I just wana tell you the fact.
Im a resident of this apt. (studio)
I am gona leave here asap.
I can hear...
- Daily conversation
- TV
- Music through tiny speakers
- Snoring
- Sneezing
- Steps from hall way, and next room
- Sounds from shutting doors
- Waste disporsser
Sound proof doesnt exist, 100% sure.
poorly constructed. walls are like paper.
I dont rate parking
Because I dont currently have any car, but Im sure that you dont want to park wheels on street. Either police or homeless will do something for you.
Location is okay, or good
but this area isnt decent like you think.
not like pearl dist.
Noise, trains could be serious problem.
Safety, okay if your female you wouldnt go outside after 9.
Maintenance, not helpful. you might have to remind them couple times.
Officers. Its really hard to tell you. because some of them are great, well-educated. but also there are useless employees too.
I dont recommend you to live here, and I am neurosis/neurotic disorder. because of noise from next door.
Im not a rabit, so my ears are normal.
I alway wear earplugs while im in my room.
This is my circumstance.
