Yards at Union Station

Decent, cheap, but not great... From: osiris24x Date posted: 3/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The train noise drives us insane, that's about our only complaint. I hear that the studio apartments are awful (full of college kids) but we're in a townhouse so it's pretty quiet. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing things, and we haven't had any real trouble with the office staff (except they misquoted our lease price twice). The grounds are kept clean and maintained. The apartment is nice and new, but poorly constructed (paint coming off, thin walls, etc). In the end, it's the cheapest way to live in a nice place in downtown Portland...even if it isn't perfect.
