Nice place!

As long as you don't mind the sound of the trains this is a great place to live. I got used to the noise really quick so it no longer bothers me. My boyfriend and I share a two level townhouse in the market rate "S" phase. We pay $1240 for rent and two parking spaces (it is a two bedroom unit). I can't speak for other units but there is NO extra closet/storage space in here. We had to buy an air conditioner for our upstairs bedroom because in the middle of summer the stuffiness is too hot to sleep through. If you are going to live in a new building anywhere downtown you can't find anything for much cheaper (unless you qualify for low-income housing which we do not). I lived in a building that was over 100 years old prior to this and the one bedroom place was $625/month right near the new Safeway so paying the same amount to split a nice new space didn't seem that bad. My pet deposit was $300 for two cats and there are many people with dogs so it's a pet friendly complex. I use the workout center at least 5 times a week at different times and there is always room to get on a machine. Being so close to downtown is really convenient, there is a bridge to the train station if you're inclined to take the train, the MAX line is less than a 1/4 mile away and there is a cute coffee shop and minimart across the street that we visit often. I would recommend this place to my friends.
