I have lived here for 3 years, when I moved in during the Summer of 2004, the place was well kept, the staff was friendly and there were many long term residents. Over the last six months, apartment turnover has been worse than I have ever seen, the office staff is completely different and are not very polite on most occasions. Even though we have lived here for three years and always pay our rent on time, if not early, they have managed to raise our rent three times over the last six months. We are now searching for a new residence because the amount they are charging for our place, is the same for a brand new condo in the Pearl with top of the line appliances and many other upgrades. They have also recently painted the complex, which was quickly and cheaply done with a poor color palet. They have also inforced more rules and regulations to the building which now allows you to not store items on your deck (there is no other storage in the apartments). I think they really need to rethink their purpose and focus on the people that keep them in business, their residents. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
