I moved in to this apartment in June 2007. I really like my apartment but the noise from hellicopters and the trains are horrible. The apartment buildings stink and there is no A/C or heat in the Apartment complex itself. Nothing in my apartment works and have put in several maintenance requests. Not happy.

there is heat in the building haha... you need to turn on your heat from the control panel in your kitchen. They have it off for a reason so it doesn't become unbearably hot in the apartment in the summer months.

i've had quick response to getting things repaired in my building, and we can open our hall windows if the building gets smelly from cooking etc. i'd just keep putting in repair requests, don't give up! after all, you're paying rent. you deserve working appliances, etc.
