Afternoons around here are dead quiet. Peaceful as can be. Why' Because (take note all of you who work late and get to bed after midnight), if anything noisy around here has to be done, if any task requires a gasoline powered motor or a loud electric motor, for some reason management wants to get it done in the a.m. So, if you get home at 3 a.m. and get to bed by 5 a.m., about 4 hours into your sleep you can count on one of the infernal leaf blowers or a power saw (this morning they were trimming the trees in the courtyard), that will happen about 9 a.m. Believe it or not, this is an improvement. There was a time when they would take advantage of the legal limit for disturbances and start such work at 7 a.m. I know because I complained and was informed of the law. Well, I don't want to know the law...I want to sleep. An apartment like this will have many residents who work in late closing restaurants or bars so management should know that running loud equipment before noon is going to be disturbing from some of the people they are collecting rent from. But why should THEY care' They have to be at work by 9!

Their ---- up on a 'courtesy' that we pay for...That courtesy isn't really a courtesy...WE PAY FOR IT. It's included in your rent...It's policy that they hold packages and give to you when you come in. Out of their way to accomodate...hmmm...Sorry did we interrupt your sucking job for them?

In reality it is not a REQUIREMENT, nor a policy that the office staff keep track of individuals in your life who you feel are trustworthy enough to pick up your packages for you. Please reread the initial complaint. The person who was entrusted to receive the package for the vacationing tenant was not a room mate, nor a spouse, nor another tenant. Why would anyone feel that the office staff needs to keep track of who is in your current circle of trust ???? I still consider it a courtesy that the office staff holds my packages for me. Think about it, if they stopped receiving packages for tenants would your rent go down ? So are you really paying for this courtesy ? The answer is no, and no. That is, if the office staff was to stop holding parcels for us, the number of office staff would not decrease and our rents would not go down. Clearly you have no clue when to get down on your knees and when to stay on your feet.... and I'm not one to have ever suffered from rug burn

then get a higher level or a real job!! it is not their job to plan mantaince around your life!!! what about the people who go to bed at 9am who have worked all night??? i am actually shocked that they even bother blowing leaves or trimming things because the place is a dump.
