We did have problems with dirty halls, laundry room and trash room. Most of those issues have finally been dealt with in the A building.

We still have a huge safty issue. We are finding that the unlocked front and back doors have let in people who do not live here and are sleeping in the garbage room and stair wells.We were told that the matter would be taken care of quickly but it has been over two months since the problems began and still nothing is being done. I really hope that management company either hires more guards or gets the system fixed. At this rate someone is going to get hurt.I am beginning to think that our safety is not important to this company.

The maintenance staff usually does a great job. However, all too often the maintenance staff is put to work painting, cleaning the sidewalks, and other non-maintenance jobs instead of their actual jobs which leaves them with little if any time to address actual resident maintenance. This is something that I tend to blame management for.
