I have lived here for 4yrs and love my place I have my own cleaning buisness and this place is very clean I see staff cleaning every day so who ever is writing bad reviews the are liars and need to get a life u are probably the ones getting evicted for not paying your rent the staff is wonderful and professional here so if u are going to be complaining so much move.

To "anonymous": I strongly suspect you're a plant. Either that or you come from a background where expectations as regards service and politeness are rather low or nonexistent. Nobody accused the staff of never cleaning (duh!). However, I've had do deal with the rudeness and arrogance of the office people more than once, and I don't feel I should have to move rather than expect things to become tolerable. I live in the A building, where there hasn't been a functioning security door for quite some time now, and no longer do I even see a notice that they're working on it. I myself have reported street people sleeping in a trash room or doing whatever (looking for fresh underwear) in the laundry room. If management WERE working on the security door situation, it would have been fixed or some other arrangement would have been made by now, but obviously they don't give a flying forget-me-not (you know what to substitute there). So, basically, you're the one who's out of line here since the fact that you are satisfied doesn't mean other people are. Sure, there are good people on the staff, but this management is rotten from the top down. If the owners cared at all, they'd kick this crew in the can and bring in a more competent crew. However, like I said at the start, since the management's attitude seems to be yours ("If you don't like it here, then move"), I strongly suspect you're one of the management crew.

I agree that the review from "anonymous" sounds like a complete fake and a plant. For the record, I am one of those people who have been critical of the management, but I have never in 20 months been late with my rent. This is the way I look at it: I uphold my part of the bargain by paying rent and following the rules, and the management should do their part by making reasonable attempts to maintain and secure the building. Seems fair to me.

You have to be staff. First, learn to construct a complete and intelligent sentence. Second-I have seen garbage pile up in the garbage rooms until you can barely enter and it certainly is a health hazard. I have seen the halls and elevators so dirty it makes you feel concerned about your health. The laundry rooms are often unclean. If you have a cleaning business, maybe you should use some of your free time to make this place as clean as you say it is. I've lived here for a long time and recently, for the first tme ever, I saw someone vacuuming the entrance area. That was the first and only time I saw this happen. You have to be a staff member.
