Yards at Union Station

this place is a dump From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   when you drive or walk by looking at the outside the place does not look so bad. the inside is sooo sick and nasty. the halls are all vandalized with writing, spit, food, marks and scatched all over the walls miss match paint. paint job is baad, they are trying to fix it i think, but it takes a month to paint an elevator enterance. speaking of elevators they are a very rough ride herky and jerky like it is going to break down, only one goes down the the parking so sometimes you have to take one down to 1st floor then transfer very annoying. and this morning i think one was broke down!! the hall carpets are never ever cleaned and covered it tit bits and stains eeww!!! and there is always a musky weird odor. this place has been trashed by staff ' and the tards that live there. it is somewhat cheep but still not worth it the only reason they get what they get for rent is beacause of the location. how could a place that is not even that old get soo run down. i can hear the people who live next to me all the time. parking is over priced...duh i have a car !!! why are you charging me for it $90!! but no i am stuck paying almost $800 for a dirty smelly studio. the people who work there are lazy. the parking lot elevator is sick and trash covers the floor and never gets picked up it has never been vacuumed in prob 3 years. the pantry door will not close. my bathroom reaks of urine!!! i am a girl and clean it at least once a week!! i have tried bleach and many other cleaners even let it soak in the bathroom, that helped a little but still smells. the carpet is crispy!!! wtf it was like that from the begining. my sink leaks so underneath get flooded. also the balcony gets flooed with an inch or so of water eveytime it rains. you also have to have a key card to get in...not bad so did my last apt, but i got the card and it was a stupid to have to carry it around everywhere i knew it would get miss placed. i wanted it on my key chain like my last key card i had. so i punched a whole in it and i quit working. i went to the office to get a new one $50 and she said its a wallet card not a key card.....duh but i dont use a conventional wallet nor when i am carrying a buch of stuff with me have three hands to get in my purse and dig out a card, i swear it is a scam!!!i can not wait to get out of there!!!
