There are a few drawbacks to living here: It's pretty noisy at night, since there are plenty of college students living here, the front doors are constantly jammed, so that I have to walk to the side door to let myself in, and the fire alarms are retarded. Other than that, I actually don't mind it at all. The unit was great, I never had to have anything fixed, besides the stupid fire alarms because the people above me were so rowdy they would dislodge the units (thank god they moved out, the herd of elephants). The noise is primarily drunk people, which is funny most of the time, or the occasional couple screaming at eachother on the sidewalk, also drunk. It's next to downtown and the waterfront, my friends had a problem with my walking past the homeless people at the end of the street, but I never had a problem with them, and they were for the most part across the street, so it didn't matter. The location is great, its close to the pearl and downtown. Another drawback is the parking garage, though I had NO problems with it, my roommate's car was broken into and the leasing office did nothing about it.
