My Personal Experience

Before I leave my apartment next week I would like to extend my token of appreciation to The Yards at Union Station. This has been my home for over 7 years; it would have been 8 years in May of this year. I first saw this ratings website two years ago and concluded this website is for obvious reasons is a place where the problematic and melancholic type of folks reside. After all why would a happy resident go through all of the fret and effort to place their opinion to the world'
I will do my best to express my experience here for those who may need an honest opinion when looking to move, I see no reason other then that to spend the little time I have, apologizes to those who sit at home and nothing much more to do. This is a real apartment review.
I live for one more week in what some say the B3 area or building. It has six stories with the sixth story giving you access to the rooftops, the views are priceless and I have got to go up there one last time before I leave the states. The building I live in has a fitness center that I used quite often until I had surgery on my knee. This is another highlight I enjoyed; the fitness center was always clean [this is extremely important to me] with windows that allow you to have a nice view when working out.
To enter the buildings it is necessary to have a card that is programmed with your information and allows you in the building, I see some complain about this feature. I appreciate the additional security it gives me.
I park in the garage and pay $90 a month for my garage parking. The garage also requires a remote to enter.
I am happy with the size of the apartment, it has a washer and a dryer but I m not sure if all apartments have them because there are laundry rooms here.
In being here just short of 8 years I have had to complete 3 maintenance requests, 1 being because my disposal being jammed, the 2nd was my back door squeaked much too loudly and yes I could have done this myself but why not ask for help this is a benefit in renting vs. owning. I know I have done a third request but can not remember what it was for this is going to bother me not remembering
I have a great neighbor to the right of me, she has been here for some time now but I have been here about two years longer. There is no apartment to the left of me. I genuinely have been very happy living here; the management has been more then wonderful. Leaving the states is not something that I want to do nor do I want to leave my home I m happy and content. I can t imagine I will have a manager that will laugh with me as she has here, we have had some great laughs, sincerity and kindness goes a long way with me. Will I have a sales person or leasing agent as the one here, he has gone through hoops to make sure I m happy, this is not in his title but his nature to make sure the people that live here are happy. I want The Yards to know the stay was wonderful and if I were to ever return to the states yes this is where I ll be. Thank you so much for the great place and service beyond any type of apartment service I have had before.
To the "Apartment Hunter" this has been my story, I think yours would be close to the same, don't trust the type of reviews that most likely have deeper personal issues but find out for yourself. You owe yourself that at the least. I did and have and I am grateful I did.

Well isn't that a sweet story. I wasn't sure if I wanted to cry or vomit after reading it. This review was obviously written by one of the MANY residents that are doped up on medication. I'm sure it's easy to think The Yards is a great place to live if you're living in an alternate reality.

I like how someone flames every single positive review on here.
I'd guess it's someone who was evicted for not paying rent or being too loud or something.
Also, from the constant insults and misspellings, you can tell it's the same person writing flames/bad reviews over and over... take it with a grain of salt.
