Rose Plaza Apartments 36% Recommended May 09 2008: I've lived at the Rose Plaza for almost 2 years. I was attracted the the building because of the excellent location, the wonderful view from the upper floors, and the fact that there is a parking garage- a huge advantage Monterey Springs (formerly Wellington Springs & Watermark Square) 19% Recommended May 08 2008: I have been here for going on five years and have hated every year i have been here! i am currently looking for a house to buy. I wish I could have taken my apartment with me when I had to move. For the price that I pay, I would expect that it at least be a nice home. Unfortunately, it is old, and the walls are very thin so The Commons at Sylvan Highlands (formerly Sylvan Sunset) 33% Recommended May 07 2008: I signed up for a 12 month lease at the sylvan highlands and my experience has been horrible.
