We lived in this building for over 2 years and were happy the entire time. The management was very engaging and helpful. I would suggest for anyone to move to Asa. The only lower ranking is parking as my bike was stolen from the garage even though it was locked up. There is no pet rent here

This place is horrible. Appliances are old and almost non working. Parking is an extra $20 a month. Pet rent is charged. We had mold growing on several walls. The windows trap moisture and managements response is to leave your windows open in the winter time when its 20 degrees outside.
