Descent for the price but horrible management It's a nice but dated building. Good neighborhood and relatively safe although they charge extra for secure parking and there is plenty of on-street car break-ins. The price is ok but not a screaming deal as there are comparable places to live in

Frustrating There always seems to be a problem in the laundry room. I regularly lose several dollars a month.
The manager always acts put out when you talk to her about anything. Maintenance forms are seldom available.
Yard service people are here about once a week. If they came every other week

Better than you think I am pleased to say I really enjoy it here. The residents are great neighbors and very friendly. The apartments are well maintained and updated. The maintenance team is truly stellar. They have a landscaping company on a regular basis and it is really like living at a park.
