Great Apartments - Gable Park Apartments - The apartments are in excellent condition. When we did our tour of the apartment we are in...I was surprised to be getting so much for such a great price. r lucas i lived there a few years ago and all this stuff was going on then, he raised my rent every three months,accused me of all kinds of crazy things. i called the humane society on him for having a live trap at the end of the road in back with a can of salmon in it . it was well known

Where is the Law when people need it. The person who wrote the long review back in Sept 2010, Hell in St. Helens, is not exagerating in the least. My daughter lived in one of the duplexes and the lady who wrote the review explained the conditions to the exact as well as every word written

Run the other way!!!!!! This apartment complex is the worst I have ever lived in. The managers changed every other month and all of the "fees" you have to pay for nothing. THis complex is supposed to be a rent controlled units but guess what they were more expensive than most of the others.
