We checked out numerous apartments and townhomes when visiting before moving from another state. These townhomes were one of the two best ones out of about 15-20 we saw! The townhomes are very spacious, friendly neighbors, and office personnel that are available at all times. One of the two that use gas heating, so the added bonus of saving money each month on energy. Pringle Creek runs through the development, and the patios or balconies all face the creek. Very tranquil, nice landscaping, and good maintenance. We've lived here for a year now and have had no problems with safety (gate that needs remote to open)or noise (other than a dog barking every now and again). A very nice place to live in with units that don't become available often!! Get one while you can!
