Less than a week after moving into these apartments we found cockroaches and when we tried to tell the Landlord we were blamed for it. They have, what looks like, cracked out bums doing the repairs, who also steal from the trash, these are the people with keys to your apartments. After we had a bad storm a tree fell into our neighbors roof causing a huge hole in the master bedroom. the woman living below them had water leaking from her light fixture and all the did was give her a TARP! Instead of putting money towards fixing up the apartments, the Landlord pays for an expensive car and expensive clothes that she buys off line. We were having a problem with the neighbors and she told us we were making it up. The cops are over here at least twice a week, the laundry machines are usually broken, and mail seems to disappear. This place is horrible. Avoid this place as if your life depended on it.

This is true about the hole in the roof of the apartment from the tree, I know the lady that lives downstairs from that apartment. I think Her antique bed was ruined.
