Stay away from this place! That is unless your a drug dealer or child molester. The "management" is a joke. The maintenance people are felons. This place is a dump! They are so cheap they dont even pay to take things to the dump. They have a crack head that breaks up old couches and other large objects left behind and puts them into the dumpster. They wont add security lights or fix the ones they have. The person who owns this dump owns the mini-mart and other businesses at the bottom of the hill. That's where your rent money goes! Not into making the place more livable but into a money making investment. I am sure there is no hope of the "manager" ever leaving because as I hear it she is related to the owner.
