I have been living in this apartment complex for almost a year and ever since day one the main "manager" for the complex has been nothing but rude every time you talk to her. While the apartments themselves are nothing special the parking around the complex is a total nightmare. If you have more than one car or if you have a visitor good luck finding one of the very few spaces available for visitor parking. They tell you when you move in that you can park in certain areas and when you do park there you get a "ticket" saying they're going to have the car towed. And if you happen to go on a vacation for more than 4 days be sure to tell them that or they will give you another "ticket" saying you need to move it because its been sitting there too long.

All in all its a great place to live if you have 1 or less cars, get no visitors, and like to get nothing but written notices on your door instead of actually trying to talk to you.

Wow! You've really had some awful experiences. I almost wonder if were talking about the same place. I just haven't seen any of these problems. I pay my rent, I park my car, I plunk my fanny on the couch after work & watch Dancing With The Stars... It's pretty trouble-free living. I'd easily recomend this place to any of my friends.
