I moved into Columbia Village in November, so about six months ago. The units are new, well maintained and clean. The landscaping is also quite nice, with plenty of lawn for the kids to play on. Shortly after we moved in, we had a minor issue with a closet door not latching properly. I let the manager know and it was fixed by the following afternoon. I couldn't have hoped for better searvice. Everyone in the office has been very pleasant to deal with. It's just a nice place to come home to.
