I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, smaller complex. The apartments themselves are very spacious and some have vaulted ceilings. Each have a deck and an outside storage unit. There is a few kids that live here, but not alot of space to play since we dont hve a playground. What I enjoyed the most was the clubhouse which contained a fitnes room, computer lab, pool, restrooms and a community room with a large tv. Although, these are a little more expensive being at the south end of town, they are worth the extra. I believe they do require a lease and first and last months rent as well. Unsure about what our deposit was though.
