I moved in to these apartments with my husband in 2006, because of a recommendation from a co-worker of mine. We liked living here for the first maybe 2 months, because the management was VERY friendly and helpful, but then they got new management, and they are neverrrr around. Its been a while since we've lived here, so i dont know who the management is now, but they were not helpful. Our deposit check took FOREVER to come to us in the mail to our next home.
Also, the people living above us, had a TON of kids or something because they were always screaming, and fighting, and making alot of noise 24/7! We were on the bottom floor, and hateeeed it. I didnt feel safe living there, especially because after we moved out, there was a shooting in the parking lot. I do not live in OR anymore, so i dont know what its like now, but when we lived there, it wasn't TERRIBLE, but it definately wasn't anything special..
And our place, the bathroom was tiny, kitchen was EXTRA tiny, and the living room was a good size. But the unit was SOOOOO dark because there were only like 2 windows, and a slider, it was kind of like a cave. Again, its not the BEST place to live, but if you're desperate, i think it would be OKAY.
