First of all Riverpark(also known as Forest Ridge) has a huge problem with false advertising. When we signed our lease in August we were promised a washer and dryer, to be installed within the month. We payed an additional $50 a month for these appliances but we never recieved them. A typo on our lease turned our 9 month lease into a 10 month lease. Ants took over our apartment as did mold. With each of these situations we recieved no assistance despite multiple trips to the management office. They did a major construction project and displaced us without any compensation. The only thing they have going for them is their location.

Yes we need to start getting ahold of the state, have them step in and take some action. Mold being a huge concern when not addressed along with everything else.
