I have live in these apartments for 2 years. In the beginning it was a much better place to live, complaints were dealt with fairly well, neighbors were great, etc., but since new management took over it's gone downhill FAST. They decided that renovations were necessary, and the rent in my 2 bd. 1 ba. 900 s.f. apt. went from 540$ which was reasonable to 725$ month to month. I can get a 3 bd. 2 ba. 1200 s.f. apt. with a garage for 50$ less per month! Not that a gradual increase in rates are THAT that big of a deal, but that much, that fast, and for what' I never saw any improvements in my apt. except that they came and put in hookups for a washer and dryer. But there's a catch there too...we were forbidden to put in our own, we have to rent theirs for 50$ a month too. Ants, mold, fleas (I don't even have animals, I presume they come from the exploding population of neighborhood cats), a peeping tom and something crawling around in my walls are just a FEW of the complaints I've had - and nothing has ever been dealt with. Oh, and watch out if you ever plan on leaving...they'll trick you on that one too. And they wonder why everyone is leaving''

Thats what I mean thiefs, maint. just there for the paycheck. Hell can I have a job like that. Fairly soon it'll start echoing from vacancy.

first of all.. if they increase thet value of the apartment OF COURSE the rent would go up too.. DUH.. and for your info, you cant get a 3 bedroom 2 bath with garage for 725, so stop whining and exageratting.. it makes you look even stupider than you look already for bitching.. second, learn to read your lease, dumbass.. thats why you have to sign it, because you AGREED TO IT!.. ants? mold? fleas? those are issues caused by TENANTS!!! why did you leave food on the counter? why does your cat have fleas? and why is you air so bad it has mold? none of those are caused by then, fleas can only servive if they have a resident host (menas you cat or you are skanky, and need to take a bath, damn man) and ants dont settle in unless YOU have invited them in with loose food or suger or such on a counter top.. and seeing as the apartments are newish, YOUR AIR quality would be the cause of the mold... whining loser..
