The management at Forest Ridge was awful. They always ignored my complaints about the mold and ant infestation in my apartment. I also had the same problem as a previous poster. I was promised a washer and dyer in my unit when I signed my lease, but after the nine months I lived there I'll I had was washer and dyer hook ups and no washer and dyer. When the management was having the washer and dyer hook-ups installed they allowed the contractor to have two weeks in which i had to have my storage room all cleaned out and keep my cat locked in the bed room all day. They didn't even offer a rent reduction for the month for this huge inconvience. Other problems with Forest Ridge are: there a tons of unsurporvised kids everywhere, and the staff doesn't monitor the tenants at all even when complaints were made. I'm almost certain my neighboor was a drug dealer but no investigation occured. Luckily when I moved out many other units were empty so hopefully this place will be out of business soon.
