Absolutely horrible place, complete lack of parking, constant ant problem, since they cut down the only tree with any privacy. The management does not respond to tenant complaints. We had the people below us try to steal our cable twice(on record with comcast) and nothing happens, neighbors leave used diapers outside under stairs for 3 months and still nothing happens. If it wasn't for the monetary amount required to move out i would have left years ago(they want 2 full months rent if you lease isn't over, also had problems with typos extending my lease and washer dyrer problem, not to mentiion their contractors left cigarette butts on my water heater(inside) and did not attach the pipes properly water we shooting out of the threading(nothing seems up to code, i ahev relatives in the plumbing industry)

I agree with everything I have one more thing to add all the dogshit everywhere.
