Horrible management and fickle policies

The management team at Forest Ridge no longer cares about a single person living in this complex. They are completely out for money with complete and total disregard for the people they receive that money from.
My next door neighbor was evicted because her housing would only pay $15 less than what her new jacked up rent would be when she resigned her lease.... she had been living here for years.
I lived below an abusive couple and had to call the office, police, and hear screaming night after night while the managers waited out their lease so that they wouldn't have to evict them. Meanwhile my wife lived in fear of the man upstairs every day while I went to work.
I recently had a baby and while I was staying at the hospital awaiting the day that I could bring wife and baby home... the management towed my car. Why' Beause it was parked in front of the manager's apartment in a visitors spot for more than 48 hours. Great part was coming home to find my car missing and a $200 tow fee as a "Congrats on the new Baby" gift. I would have understood the tow, except that there had been an old car sitting in front of my apartment with cobwebs around all 4 tires that had not been moved in well over 3 weeks! The Manager gave me a very pathetic attempt at a "Sorry" but quickly ruined it by going in to "But have you read your lease agreement'"
So....they'll throw you out if you're a single mom because of 15 bucks... you can live there as long as you want if you beat your wife, and don't ever... EVER... make the mistake of parking in front of Miss High and Mighty Manager's apartment for more than 1 night.

I am truly sorry about how you have been treated there. I know just what you are talking about. I used to live there when it was nice.(Before new management)
I would allso like to inform you that unless they gave you a 72 hour notice posted on your car....they can not tow your car. I learned that after they towed my car and I tryed to fight it but lost. They have to give you 72 hours and it has to be posted.
I have a friend that still lives there and I had gone to visit them the other day and I can't believe how "GETTO" it has become there. What happened to this place? It was a nice place to live.
I am sorry for you and your wife. AND the baby.

the lady evicted should have paid her rent in FULL, like she signed on the legal binding lease, you should have followed the clear rules that parking spot was not for you to be lazy and park there... stop being a loser and whining when you have to follow the rules
