I'm honestly a bit confused. I've read the below ratings for Forest Ridge, and it's not making any sense to me at all! These are some of the safest apartments I have ever lived in. I am proud to raise my son in an area where I feel safe. The management at this facility, while young, are a group of ambitious, bright young women that put pride into ensuring their residents are happy. Sure, we've all had our minor issues, but at least in my case, problems were resolved quickly, with good results. I for one would reccomend anyone looking for an apartment to come here. I love calling this home.

OK, I have to say this sounds a bit strange to me!!! It sounds like the manager or someone IN the office wrote this!! I have lived there in the past and know people who still live there and let me say....what a fricken joke people!!! There are parties all the time(including the manager herself), loud people, RUDE office staff and more trashy people than I have ever seen here. I will NEVER EVER recomend this crap hole to anyone! My Rating: 2%

if your accusing them of being the manager, how do we know your not the competition? you complain about partys but you write like your a teen your self ("fricken joke", "crap hole").. you make wild claims that cant be proven of dispoven.. your review is very strange.. why are all the complaints by "-Anonymous-" ? who are you people?.. i dont see a REAL issue with these apartmens other than the train near by..so stop whining and step up for your own actions..

ive made a posting and i LIVE here and didnt put annoymous. and she is right. there are many parties. and many leary people. which is why i am moving as soon as my lease is up. there is ONE sweet lady on the management team. The maintenane men are very nice,but i have had issues with them.Its a very nice apartment.parking is a joke. Cars have been being broke into the last few weeks.Including mine. Security really needs to be in this complex because i would stay. more pros than cons, BUT having my car windows busted out and all my stuff stolen; because there were no visitor parking spots that night and i had to park very far away from my apartment. I really believe the old managment lady who just resigned gets on here and posts "wonderful" comments about the place. Everyone i talk to who has lived here and my neighbors agree with me 100 %. its a debate on wether to stay or not. i feel they charge alot for the size of the apartments and how crappy parking is.

We almost moved in that complex and a lot of red flags popped up after talking to Nicole and Angela in the office. The office staff is very rude. And Yes, the apartment we almost rented WAS a crap hole! The office staff got an attitude when we asked them to fix it before signing the lease. They can suck it!
