A Place with lots of problems

To be fair, this is a OK place to live. Only I am not happy with a few things:
1) Ants problems. The management responsed very slowly to this. After complaining several times, they finally sprayed my apartment for ants. After a while, the ants came back again. The management needs to do a lot more to contain the ants problems.
2) Noise. Lots of young people living here. Parties after parties. Not to mention the train noise at night. The apartment is right next to the train tracks.
3) Not safe for kids. Dangerous streets connecting apartments. Lots of dead corners that drivers are not able to see anything on the other side.
The management has raised rent dramatically during the last year but their maintainance is poor, the appliances in the apartments are very out of date, and the managers are careless. I finally decided to move.
