At first the place seems nice. There is green grass and lots of trees.
Three problems:
1. Management. -------is --------------woman who is impatient, rude, and hostile. This is outside of the fact that management is always out. They are usually gone at least two hours at a time and come back with grocery bags or fast food remnants from their grazing.
2. The apartments either smell likes animals or have bugs.
3. There are people who have dogs that bark incessantly.

There are better places out there with friendlier management. You can probably find a small house for the price of the "townhouses." Don't be tricked by the pool, work out room and common area. No one uses them. It's all show.
