We have been living here for just short of 2 years now, and we are even breaking lease early to leave here. It isn't because of the location, we LOVE this location, and honestly for the rent we paid (a lot less than the ones they raised it for), it wasn't too bad. It is all in the people they hire. I work in customer service and I can't IMAGINE ever treating a customer like the employees here do. I feel disrespected, I feel like I am a nuisance, and I feel like the employees that work here also do not care about their jobs. I have even contacted Corporate office JUST to file a complaint against the management here. A great place to live indeed so long as you never need to deal with any of the unprofessional, impolite, and rude employees that work here (when they are working, anyway. Being out of office seems to be quite usual for them.)
