I've only lived here for a few months, but haven't had any terrible problems. The location is amazing. Parking is absolutely awful though if you get home late. This is one of the main reasons I am leaving. There is almost never and visitors parking after 10pm which is when I get home from work. The aparments are nice, but not as nice as they lead you to believe. The staff has always been very friendly towards me and I haven't had any real complaints.
