We took a tour of the model, which was very nice. After signing paperwork & paying money, we moved into a not so nice apt. They didn't even fix the broken closet door laying in the middle of the master bed floor. Cupboard doors not hung straight, our oven didn't work upon move in, apartment smelled like mildew, stains on carpets. Not worth the money at all! Many times we've been late for work due to people parking in no parking areas and us not being able to get out of our spot. A lot of the problem comes from the maintenance crew and their buddies parking wherever they want. We had to complain several times before management would do anything. Now they want to charge us for other people's cigarettes on the ground, after we've repeatedly told management that they're not ours. They complain to us about cigarette buts on the ground, but what about the piles of dog droppings left in the flower beds outside our door or next to our car that no one cleans up' We also found dog poop smeared on the laundry room floor. It stayed there for well over a week. We notified management about it, and it did get cleaned up after a few more days (disgusting) This place is ridiculous and I would not recommend it to anyone!
