This is a continuation from my rating on 06/21/09 "Moving In". We didn't move in. The day of our move, our apartment was not ready. The sliding glass door was coming loose from the wall. My husband talked to the girls in the office and told them to have it fixed by the time we came back to sign the lease. He asked Nicole a few questions and she was extremely rude and absolutely refused to answer. We found Nicole to be unprofessional, distastefully rude, spiteful, and just downright mean. She is unqualified to work in a front office environment and should be removed from her position. To make a long story short; We left their office with an unsettling feeling and made the decision to rent else where. We moved from California and drove our rental truck to the back up apartment complex and moved in the same day. There are so many apartment complex's to choose from in Salem and Nicole's boss would be wise to take that into consideration the next time they have a potential renter walk through their doors.
