I am a current resident here and I think the management has improved in the last year. The parking is slowly improving and the maint. staff is great. I have never had a problem here. And the free courthouse membership is a plus!!!

I think the new management people are not good at all!!!! they are biased and very very rude....the mangement lady dont listen to anythng, she always so rude and show that she dont care for anything. This is not my opinion I think 60% of the people think the same way...like me so many people are stuck here and nothing can be done as there is a lease system.I dont even know how the top management people are letting this group to be so rude...I will say dont come to these apartment

I've been a resident there for nearly a year and can't wait for my lease to expire. I've had nothing but problems with the new management, who seem to pick on certain people, and tow their cars, while lying about calling the tow company in their newsletter! I tell anyone I know not to move in here. The rent goes up $100 per month if you take a month to month lease, not to mention the $600 deposit AND an extra $30 a month if you have a pet. The carpets weren't even new when we moved in! They've also tried to charge me money for cigarette butts outside my building that were there when we moved in. I could go on and on...
