This place sucks! I lived there for about a 1.5 yrs. During that time I was fined several times for unreasonable things. And almost everyone I talk to Had been towed at one time or another.. the tow truck seemed like it had it's own parking place at the leasing office it was there so much! At one point I recieved a notice on my door that said that kids were not allowed to play on the side walks, in the parking lot, in the entrance ways, nor on the "landscaped areas". Where does that leave my kids to play' The entire place is landscaped and they do not provide a Play area of any sort. What they do provide is Giant Rock Pits with the most dangerous rocks they can find! The Building itself is built poorly and in my brand new apartment the electrical and cable outlets did not lined up properly and left holes that could be very dangerous to kids! My kitchen counter bubbled up several times while I was there not due to water, due to a poorly made counter. When I began living there at least the management was decent but the lastest management is horrible I would rather pay for someone else to fix anything that broke than have to deal with that management!
