Awesome Place to Live!

Totally awesome place to live! Besides what "a few" others have said about Gateway Village it actually is a great place to live. We are a family of 4 (with 2 little kids) and have enjoyed living at Gateway Village over the past several years.
Gateway Village is quiet, clean and professional. We have lived here for over 3 years and have enjoyed it (especially meeting so many awesome neighbors that have become friends).
Now, naturally Gateway does fine tenants for illegal activity (like all apartment complexes). I'm thankful that the Gateway management treats our place like home because when tenants leave their trash outside, or park in someone else's space or let their kids run around screaming cuss words at the top of their lungs then, yes, you should be reminded of what the rules are. It's called respect for the community you live in.
I would suppose the comments from previous renters are due to the fact that they should have been kicked out in the first place. Sorry.
We have also enjoyed the management (even though it changes often, but what management doesn't)' The new management is professional and very attentive. And the maintenance workers are fabulous!
The parking does have issues and if they could fix it I know they would (but at this point there is nothing they can do about it).
We also love the Courthouse membership, that is the biggest reason we moved in and the fact that the apartments are extremely clean, spacious and were brand new when we moved in.
I would highly recommend Gateway Village to potential renters!

Excuse me? I should have been kicked out for breaking the rules? What a way to judge other people. Not once was I ever breaking the rules. Not once did I ever have to be reminded to respect the community I lived in. I always kept to myself, hung out with my friends and partied elsewhere, and strictly obeyed quiet hours.
You even admit there is new management. In case you don't remember the old management was pretty darn lousy, and I stand by everything in my review. They did nothing to respond to harassment, they did nothing to respond to noise complaints, and they always gave me attitude when I came in for a maintenance request. Recent reviews suggest the new management has indeed improved, but I can't believe you would imply people with valid and legitimate issues are somehow troublemakers. Nowhere else have I had problems anything like what I experienced at GV.

I think it's pretty pathetic that you claim this place to be a "totally awesome place to live." Honestly though, I guess if what you're saying is what you truly feel then I feel really sorry for your kids, not ever living in a real house, having their own back yard to play in instead of a rock pit!! But what am I saying you're probably the one who put fries in the bag at McDonald's for me today. Kudos to you for bringing children into this world. Also kudos to Gateway Village for offering "luxury appartment living!"
