I lived with a room mate while attending Willamette. Parking was ok, but we had to buy a second reserved spot. Then, on the first of January, they made all parking non-reserved. Parking turned into a nightmare. The management was initially helpful for the first few months. However, management changed and they simply did not communicate with us. Our drier's timer feature was not working, posing a fire hazard. Maintenance was called, but failed to show up. Ever.

Finally, our lease agreement clearly stated that we would vacate the property and end our lease on the 31st of May. We both made our intention abundantly clear to the management from the onset. However, the management STILL kept our security deposit. Needless to say, both my room mate and I were very unhappy. We threatened a civil suit, but decided it wasn't worth it. I'd steer clear.
