Greenwood Park

 

I have lived at Greenwood since April 2000, so that means I have seen two other managers before Gary and Mariah.

Both of the previous managers were useless, the apartments were for partyers, drunks, and drug addicts.

I was extremely happy to see the changes that Gary and Mariah brought with them about 5 years ago.

I was a student raising my two kids and the atmosphere is now safer and much more peaceful to live in.

In my experience, the majority of the people that have left Greenwood unhappy, have been the same people that didn't want to follow the rules.

Also, in my own experience, anytime i have had the need for any repairs they have been done in a timely and respectfull manner.

As a matter of fact, my neighbor had a leak in her apartment and they moved her to another one just so they could address it better.

I love the mixture of the student and family atmosphere in those apartments.

I would recommend these apartments to anyone who would like to live in an area that is peaceful and fun where you can go to school and/or raise a family.

I don't know Gary and Mariah personally so i can't tell you about them, but i can tell you, they have done a hell of a job in bringing these apartments back from the trailer park.
