Office staff have little regard for responsibility and accountability

The office staff demonstrated contempt for the customer from the first point of contact, showed ignorance pertaining to the language in their rental contracts, and were ineffectual in dealing with renters? rights to a safe, clean living environment until backed into a corner. As in other reviews of this complex, the staff demonstrated poor financial mgmt practices. When confronted about the above issues, staff became extremely defensive, yelling and pointing at the customer. These problems are ongoing as noted by the number of posted complaints spanning 12 months. Another way consumers can help curb these abuses is by informing the Oregon justice department and the real estate agency. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I've never had any of these problem. Staff has always been friendly and I've never felt like my rights have been violated here.
