I have lived a lot of places throughout my life and have usually moved after one year of residency. I lived at Lancaster Commons for three years because of the staff, facilities and community. The girls in the office always greeted me with a smile and promptly attended to any need I had. The maintenence staff never took more than one day to address any problem with the apartment. I did receive most of my deposit back because I cleaned the apartment to their standards (they want them very clean). I am actually quite surprised reading the other reviews and their comments. The negative comments sound like they are coming from unreasonable people. I would definately recommend these apartments to anyone.

I agree. They're very friendly and they have always been prompt in fixing things we complained of.
