THE OFFICE STAFF/MANAGEMENT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, THEY ARE USELESS WHEN ANY REAL PROBLEMS EXIST. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER RENT HERE.

They've always helped me when I needed something. And I find it unfortunate that this person felt the need to give them a 1 on everything...when this person's problem seemed to only be with the staff.
